Deputy Minister of Education Abdul-Aziz bin Habtour and the Djiboutian Minister of Education Abdi Ibrahim Abseih have signed an agreement to collaborate with each other on various educational programs.

The pact includes agreements to collaborate on Arabic education in the fields of training, sending supervisors, setting and providing curricula, and unifying exam timings.

Yemeni-Djiboutian educational cooperation has been going on for many years, serving more than 40,000 students, in addition to the Yemeni community in Djibouti. Such visits increase the level of cooperation in education, bin Habtour said.

The Djibouti minister appreciated the support offered by the Yemeni Ministry of Education. “Djibouti is deeply respectful of the Yemeni support,” he said.

He also hailed the Ha’el Sa’eed Anam Group for its various gifts, such as help building and supporting schools.
