The Wisconsin Partnership Program’s Oversight and Advisory Committee (OAC) has released its 2008 Community-Academic Partnership Fund Request for Partnerships (RfP) (http://wphf.med.wisc.edu/how
The community grants program supports Wisconsin-based projects that develop strong community-academic partnerships specifically focused on health promotion, disease prevention, health policy and health disparities.
A Notice of Intent (NOI) is required of all applicants. The NOI must be submitted electronically via our new online form by midnight CDT on Monday, June 30, 2008. Full proposals are due August 29, 2008.

The Wisconsin Partnership Program is sponsoring two information sessions / grant writing workshops for potential Community-Academic Partnership Fund applicants. These are scheduled for June 19 in Pewaukee and June 25 in Wausau (see details below).
For each, a general information session will be held in the morning, followed by a grant writing workshop in the afternoon. Pre-registration is required for the afternoon grant writing workshops.
