Mogadishu (HOL) - The United States Embassy in Somalia on Tuesday urged the presidents of Hirshabelle and Jubbaland state governments to complete the remaining parliamentary races quickly.

"We look forward to new MPs' April 14 swearing-in and urge dialogue and compromise to ensure a peaceful, broadly accepted conclusion of Somalia's electoral process," the US embassy in a tweet said.More than two dozen seats in both states have yet to be filled.
